Getting Started with Your Pilates Practice

It doesn’t matter if you’re an Olympic athlete or a couch potato, there’s a level of Pilates that will be beneficial for you. In fact, athletes of all skill levels enter Pilates at nearly the same spot, because Pilates is so much different than almost all other types of exercise out there.
